AFTER 2 MONTHS OF SEARCHING AND CALLING ALL AROUND TO FIND A PART FOR A MACHINE (THAT DIDNT EVEN COME FROM AZ-SLOT AND YOU ALSO EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT MACHINE IT WAS) I STUMBLED ON TO AZ-SLOT BY FINDING AN AUCTION THAT U RAN FOR THE PART I NEEDED BADLY !!! (SO I EVEN BOUGHT A SPARE ONE JUST TO HAVE AROUND) I CONTACTED U AND U SUPPORTED ME ALL THE WAY (UNLIKE OTHERS) U GAVE ME ALL THE HELP I NEEDED STEP BY STEP WITH NO HESITATION AT ALL.I RECEIVED THE PARTS AND THE MACHINE HAS BEEN UP AND RUNNING NOW FOR OVER A MONTH WITH NO PROBLEMS !!! YOUR TECH HELP IS ALSO GREAT !!!.......I WOULD NOT HESITATE ON CALLING U AGAIN FOR ANY PART THAT I WOULD NEED IN THE FUTURE......AGAIN THANKS VERY MUCH FOR THE PARTS AND THE HELP THAT I RECEIVED FROM YOU !!!

Dear Rod, I would like to thank you for such fast service and a beautiful slot machine. As you know I purchased the CDS ON THE MONEY Slot Machine. When my machine arrived the crating was unbelievable. Then I started to open up the crate and the slot machine was encased in insulation and shrink wrap. After spending 45 minutes to an hour unwrapping the crate and packing I brought the slot machine in my game room. I let it sit for a few hours due to the cold, I wanted the machine to get to room temp. I fired it up and away I go. The machine looks brand new.

Dear Rodney,
This is Byron C, The guy in Maryland.
Well I recieved your package last night and today I went and plugged in the transformer thing and it worked! Only worked for 4 times. So I put in the bill changer and plugged it in and it worked! So far I have put in a couple of twenty's and a couple of tens and 4 ones, I don't have a five on me so i'm pretty sure that would work. It seems like it gives the correct amount of credits for the bills.
I am so happy now with this machine and really appreciate the time and effort and support you have given.
I will send the old stuff back to you this week.
I wish I could send you some crab cakes or my wifes home made fudge, good stuff, but it would be bad by the time you would get it.
Next year I will buy another machine from you and we can only hope that it will be good, but if is not, your support is the greatest.
Well lets hope this thing still keeps working. I will give you a follow up in a week to a month.

Thanks so much, I got the replacement cash box in and its working now. I
read your article on Slots, wow! Your so smart, now I know that the RNG is
the heart of the machine. I'll play it the way it is and see if its gets
better. If I need to upgrade my chip I will let you know. But for now,

Hi Rod,

You were right on. I found a professional grade degauser in a local
electronics store and just got thru using it on the machine. It worked
perfectly. I was a little worried though when I got close to the screen
and it all turned green and the picture started to go goofy. It is
really sharp and clear now and seems to be rock solid steady. It seems
to be brighter and cleared than when I got it. Glad I didn't screw it
up. I do those things you know.

I got everything to work fine with the key set. Rearragend some of the
games that I like to play. The main problem I had was getting to your
Game King site. Once there it was easy. You have a great web site that
should be helpful to everyone. Thanks again for all your help and
patience and if I find anyone that is looking for a slot machine I will
send them to you. I am very happy and satisfied with the machine you
sold me. By the way I saw a sticker on the bill box that said "Mirage".
Could that be where the machine came from?

Hi Rod,

I'm pleased to say that Jackpot Party arrived yesterday. I commend you on a
very pleasant purchasing transaction and superior packing job. The game
looks fantastic and plays great, no surprises.

Slot Machine must have gotten jostled around in shipping. The Dot Mation
Display and cage assembly for it had come loose and both were laying in the
backbox. It took me a while to figure out how to put it back together, but I
got it. Luckily from it falling a part, it didn't cause any damage to the
display...I was worried about that. Just thought I should mention it to you.
You might want to besure you have those secured down tightely before
shipping them out in the future.

Got a couple of questions for you about the machine, perhaps you can help me
with.

1. How do I adjust the volume? I only noticed one button inside the entire
machine. It's a red button below the score reels. I noticed when I would
push it, it would say "sound" on the credit display and show a number
between 020-029 in the other display. I don't know for sure if that had
anything to do with volume or not. But I'd like to turn it down a little bit
if possible.

2. Also, I've heard that like the later model Dot Matrix Display pinball
machines you can program a custom message to display on the Dot Matrix
display of this slot. How do I go about doing that?

3. Last but not least. While playing this same machine at a highly
overpriced local place here in Dallas. I noticed their Jackpot Party would
make attract noise when no one was playing. I remember it just blurting out
every once in a while "Jackpot Party". Is there a way to adjust the attract
sounds on this slot. I'd like to turn them ON.

Once again thanks Rod for the great machine. I'm enjoying it! I'll highly
recommend you to other people/friends interested in purchasing slot machines
and I hope we can do more business in the future.

Oh yes that took care of the problem with my homerun or was it double desire ?
